Steps to upgrade to Microsoft Windows 11
The upgrade need at least 16G memory, Intel 8th generation CPU, 100GB free space and one hour or more. Please reserve the enough resource and the time.
Please read the steps carefully below:
Step 1: Taking a backup of data
- Please estimate a size of data. Then find a sufficient space backup device. e.g. USB portable hard disk. If no portable hard disk, please try to borrow from LRC counter
- Copying the data (e.g. document, email, photo, etc.) to the portable hard disk
- To verify the backup, please try to open some files after backup
Step 2: Watching the video
- To familiarize the process of upgrade, please watch the video at least twice. A link of video is at the bottom of this article.
Step 3: Follow the steps in the video
- Importance Notice: DO NOT POWER OFF THE PC DURING UPGRADE
- To start the upgrade until it is completed.

IMPORTANT: If the PC is unable to upgrade "Download & Install" button is not shown, maybe the hardware or patch of Windows is too old. Please try to install the latest patch for the PC.
