The power supply has been restored to normal operation as of approximately 12:00 noon. Most IT systems and network services are now coming back online.

Dear colleagues, 

 

We regret to inform you that unexpected power supply failures have occurred in the following areas:

  • Tower A (7th–8th floors)

  • Tower D (G/F - M/F)

As a result, IT and network services—including WiFi, IP phones, and the Door Access System (DAS)—may be temporarily suspended or unstable.

According to CS, the contractor is actively working to resolve the issue.  Updates will be shared as soon as they are available.
