After user access or login the, user can click on the New support ticket button as indicated:

  • It will be taken to ticket form where user can fill out information like 'Email Address', 'Subject' and a 'Description' of the issue user is facing, along with the additional information such as 'Name', 'Phone Number' or the 'Catagory' of the issue. 
  • To speed up the process, please add screenshot(s) in attachment box.
  • It will suggest the solution articles by current Knowledge Database based on what they type in the subject box. Related articles would be shown at right hand side.  This will help user get a solution without reaching support.
  • Once user hit the 'Submit' button, the ticket will be created in help desk service portal.
  • The user with CNA can check the status of the ticket from the LRC Help Desk portal.  The user can add a reply and a note to it when needed.

If a ticket is created successfully, the following message will be displayed.
