The Freshdesk mobile app is designed to make it easier agents to handle tickets coming into our helpdesk portal.  Customers cannot use the mobile app to check the status or respond to their tickets.


It is ready now.  If you are an agent, please download and install the app.

After installation of the Apps, please input the URL  “dilwllrchelpdesk.vtc.edu.hk”, your CNA and password to login.
