If you have problem on WiFi connection, please try the following solution.

1. Try to "Forget" or "Disconnect" the connection once in your Apple/Android device.

2. Try to change the position and direction of mobile device.

3. Try to change your CNA password once by other device. e.g. Browser in desktop PC.
