If DILWL staff computers are required to install to Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise version with latest patch, please make a backup of data (email, document, photo, video, shortcut, bookmark, etc.) and submit a request to DILWL LRC Help Desk at https://dilwllrchelpdesk.vtc.edu.hk/en/support/tickets/new.  ITS/LRC/DILWL would make an arrangement accordingly. 


1. There is no point for upgrading OS for PCs that was aged 5 years old with Windows 7. Client should seek Hod/LRC/DILWL special approval with justification.

2. The first level IT technical support is provided by OU's technician.  If the technician has no skill, skill transfer would be provided by ITS/LRC/DILWL.
