Error Message: "You don't have access  to manage apps."


Solution for Windows platform:  


1. Close all Adobe Apps including Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

Please change "false" to "true" in file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs\ServiceConfig.xml" as below


<name>AppsPanel</name>

        <visible>false</visible>

<name>AppsPanel</name>

        <visible>true</visible>


2. Open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Then logoff it.


3. Logon again in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.


4. Try to install Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.




Solution for MacOS platform:


1. Close all Adobe Apps including Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

a. Copy the file "Macintosh HD/Users/[user name] /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Config/ServiceConfig.xml" to Desktop.

Please change "false" to "true" in file "ServiceConfig.xml" in Desktop as below:

        <visible>false</visible>

<name>AppsPanel</name>

        <visible>true</visible>


2. Then copy the file to "Macintosh HD/Users/[user name] /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Config/"


3. Open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Then logoff it.


4. Logon again in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.


5. Try to install Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.
