Error Message:

"Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator"


Solution:


1. If a workstation is not in VTC site, it is NOT allowed to use shared device license to access Adobe CC Apps.  If it is within VTC site, please give us your IP by email to dilwl-its@vtc.edu.hk


or


2. If a workstation  out of VTC site is installed Adobe CC Apps by shared device license package first, then the workstation is login by a named license id.  The conflict would cause the error.  It is required to solve it by the steps:


    a. To remove already activated shared device license in the workstation, please delete the folder

        "\ProgramData\Adobe\OperatingConfigs" in Windows platform or 
         "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OperatingConfigs"  in Mac platform.

    b. Logout and login the Adobe CC Desktop.

    c. Remove all Apps through the Adobe CC Desktop.

    d. Install all Apps through the Adobe CC Desktop.
