Starting today, Adobe is giving higher education and K-12 institutional customers globally — who currently make Creative Cloud apps available to students who login through on-campus labs — the ability to request temporary “at-home” access for their students and educators. This will be granted to current customer through 31 May 2020* at no additional cost. DILWL has subscribed Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement and is a current customer. Upon department's request, the appropriate student or teacher would be granted the temporary license.
If student or teacher need the temporary license for teaching and learning at home, please submit a request to your department.
If students or teachers are granted the temporary license, they will receive a notification email as below. Please follow the steps to login, download and install the Apps.

Please do NOT reply this email.
As a result of campus closure, student access to Adobe Creative Cloud in labs and classrooms is not available. Adobe has provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and faculty, so that they can continue their work remotely. The temporary License will be available until 30 May 2020 and we may suspend your right to use the Apps without prior notice or liability to you.
Please follow the instructions below to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device.
- Visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com and use your CNA (123456789@stu.vtc.edu.hk) to sign in.
2. If prompted, select Company or School Account and then enter your CNA password.
3. From the Creative Cloud website, browse for and download your desired app. Click Apps on the top of the page to view all apps. Then click "Install" under the Apps you want.
