DILWL Staff should submit Internet/Intranet Service request form to ITSD for accessing the drive J: from remote (home) via VPN.  The following information should be provided:

Source: VPN login

Destination: dilwl2k1.vtc.edu.hk

Service: File access

To connect to staff deparemental network drive j: from home, please follow the steps after login the VTC VPN (Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client) successfully.

Step 1.

Step 2 and 3.

Step 4.

Enter "net use j: \\dilwl2k1.vtc.edu.hk\ouhome$\ou_name /user=vtc\your_cna"
ou_name is the name of your OU. e.g. FSD, DCD, DDM, de-dpo, etc.

your_cna is the CNA e.g. taiman, mayho or wilson

Then follow the step 5 to 7.
