- Indicate the machine number — it is labeled on the photocopier (e.g., Z01, Z02, L01, L02)
- Identify your location — for example LRC, Maker Commons, Creative Hub or Makerspace
- Note the issue — see if there is any message from the machine (e.g., paper jam, out of toner, etc.)

- Machine L01, L02, L03, L04, L05, L06, L07, L08 & L09 (in the LRC area):
