It is confirmed that DILWL LRC Help Desk Service will be launched on 11 Oct 2018.

To provide better supporting service on ITS and MMS in DILWL, a new  DILWL LRC Help Desk Service is launched on 11 Oct 2018.  With new service  platform http://dilwllrchelpdesk.vtc.edu.hk,  user could

 

  1. login by CNA and
    a. create a new ticket

           b. check the  status of ticket

           c. get some news from  “Solutions” and “Forums”

  1. submit a ticket by email to:
  • dilwl-its@vtc.edu.hk for ITS supporting service e.g. computer lab, IT problem, Network, Wifi Service, Class Attendance System, CNA, Timetabling system, etc.
     or/and
  • dilwletu@vtc.edu.hk for MMS supporting service e.g. AV equipment and computer at classroom, lecture theater, meeting room, etc.
