DILWL LRC Help Desk

So far there were over 180 users in DILWL LRC Help Desk service starting from 11 Oct 2018.  Some users was sending request to the dilwl-its@vtc.edu.hk or dilwletu@vtc.edu.hk.  Some users was submitting requests through https://dilwllrchelpdesk.vtc.edu.hk portal.  

We work together with team members from across the DILWL LRC to provide better support to our users.

We wish user can make use of self service in a knowledge base and forums under https://dilwllrchelpdesk.vtc.edu.hk portal.

Up to now there were over 250 users.

Now the number of user is over 300.

Up to now the number of user is over 600.

~400 is VTC Staff.
~40 is VTC Student.

~160 is other.

Up to now the number of user is over 900.  Thank you for your support.
