Temporary License for student and teacher accessing Adobe Creative Cloud Apps

Starting today, Adobe is giving higher education and K-12 institutional customers globally — who currently make Creative Cloud apps available to students who login through on-campus labs — the ability to request temporary “at-home” access for their students and educators. This will be granted through 31 May 2020 at no additional cost.  DILWL has subscribed Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement and is a current customer.  Upon department's request, the appropriate student or teacher would be granted the temporary license.

If students or teachers are granted the temporary license, they will receive a notification email as below.  Please follow the steps to login, download and install the Apps.

To apply the temporary license, please contact your department.

If there is any problem, please try the steps by Adobe web site:

Confirmed with Adobe,  all Adobe Apps are NOT supported in mobile device with the temporary license.

Informed by Adobe, the temporary license is extended to 6 July 2020.

There will not be another extension of this offer beyond 6 July 2020.

After 6 July 2020, we would not provide technical support service for "Temporary License for student and teacher accessing Adobe Creative Cloud Apps".
