Malfunction of network equipment for Block B and D

We are sorry to inform you that there are network equipment malfunction in campus on 21 December 2020 and we are trying our best to resolve the problem asap.
Please note that following areas are influenced at this moment:
6-9/F, Block D
G-M/F, Block B
We will keep you posted and suggest you to use network elsewhere in the campus if it is possible.

We resumed the network service at G-M/F, Block B in the evening of 22 Dec 2020, and will finish replacement of network equipment for 6-9/F, Block D by 29 Dec 2020.
