You may wish to know that the upgrade of DILWL IP Phone System is now in progress. The system changeover will be carried out on 22 January 2022 (Saturday) and the telephone system will be suspended from 12:00 to 20:00 on that day. As the system will be reset, all the voice mails left will be removed and cannot be revoked. In this regard, your attention is drawn to attend to all your voice mails by 21 January 2022(Friday).
During the suspension of telephone system, you may contact our Building Management Company at 6508-7192 for any assistance required.
You may reset your telephone line as per the instructions attached when the system resumes normal. Onsite technical support by the contractor will also be provided on 24 January 2022 (Monday) and 25 January 2022 (AM) (Tuesday).
Please contact Mr. Jack Chu/CS at 3928-2064 if you have any problems on resetting the telephone line. Kindly also disseminate the message to the staff who do not have easy access to email accounts.
