Dear Students,

Due to recent instability in the Microsoft SMS service affecting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) processes, we recommend switching from SMS to the Microsoft Authenticator app as default for a more reliable and secure method. Below are the steps for your reference:

Steps to Transition to Microsoft Authenticator Guideline Link:

1. Login to the Two Factor Authentication Service Portal with your VTC email address.
2. Click "Add sign-in method".
3. Choose the "Microsoft Authenticator" to add it as your new method.
4. After setting up the new method, click "Change" in step 2 and select the new method.
